misfire ,white/black smoke,rpm hang

so I am working on this 2005 ( pain in my a**) truck. truck is misfiring free rev or unload , when it does it there is lots of black and white smoke and the rpm hangs for about 10 sec or so . Then miss at a ide for about 20 sec them idles smooth again . If you drive it really easy it does do it to bad .

things I have been
had injectors tested ( 3 bad put 6 new bbi st1's in)
did a comp test all holes about the same 430-440psi
new fuel filter on the fass , fass is making 20 psi
changed the rail pressure sensor
changed rail relief
valve set .10 in and .20 ex
drain the fuel and replaced with new
boost leak check ( no leaks )



truck has no codes , it has have a smarty tune of some kind. But the guy that owns the truck lost the smarty ( was stolen ) the its was set to kill mode. I am thinking I should flash the ecm back to stock and see what that does for me

i tried I good use cp3 yesterday , no change , now3 the trany is slipping lol ,

contacts dirty on ecm, fca plugs, get out the electrical parts cleaner and spray em up, clean em up, and check grounds. connector tubes torqued correctly??
