Modifications and Reliability

if i could start over w/ a 100% bone stock 7.3, my very first mod would be big-oil (w/ a chip tuned for it). like unbroken said it never hurts.
but it is not a MUST DO.
a MUST DO is take your time and research before you buy. dont just go to joblowdiesel.com and buy the most expensive set of injectors they have.
 
intake/exhaust w/80hp tuner since 10k
150hp chip @ 25k
DP-Tuner 120 @ 40k
Turbonetics, Spearco @ 85k or so
FASS @ 92k
Currently 94.8k. No problems with truck that weren't self induced (read: learning experiences) other than an injector harness coming unplugged at 80k, and a bad seal on the motor somewhere that blew oil all over.
Tranny is weak though. don't know the HP # never dyno'd. should finish my dual HPOPs soon. i think my trans will peace out after that.
 
Running my set up for 20k now, and 80k before that with the water injection and a chip.
