Not many of them will help with engine longevity.

CR girdle and engine balancing is the only two out of the ones I pointed out I would do. Airflow I wouldnt dissagree with.

your right, the billet timing cover and tappet cover aren't for longevity, but needed the billet tappet cover for the adjustable timing gear and while the motor was apart, I went ahead and had the billet tappet cover put on as my factory one was already leaking some. As for studs, well that's just piece of mind for me.
 
Just making a correction, the cam is a 188/220, not a 181/220. Thanks Zack for pointing out my typo.
