Monster Pump, Hurricane II's and Billet tubes. Pump has 8 quarter mi. runs and about 200 miles. Pump and injectors made 598 HP. $2650 + pump and injector cores. Thanks Steve B.
 
I'm glad I didn't pull the trigger about a month ago. No wonder you can't get dyno numbers from anyone. If I paid $3k for pump and sticks and can barely beat SO numbers, I wouldn't be bragging/advertising either.
 
Well my brother is right around 550-600hp with his truck and mike from monster pumps told him with his pump and lines he would easily see another 100hp! Hes got an 01 and is runnin a schied lighting vp with ddp competition series injectores with scheid .093 lines and tubes! And he was thinking about getting one of these monster pumps but is kinda nervous after reading a little bit about them!

Kman, Tell your brother to tweak the combination he's running now, he may be able to get up around 650 HP. I made 18 HP less with my box and w/m with the MONSTER PUMP STAGE 2. How ever the pump alone did make 598 HP. But I'm looking for 100 HP on top of the 670 I'm already making. There are 3 or 4 guys who are making some power with the MP, but from what I see they are far and few inbetween. I should keep my mouth shut I'll never be able to sell this stuff telling the TRUTH !!! Thanks Steve B.
 
Steve I think Karl is one of those guys having very good luck. He ran a 11.2x @12xmph with a pro street 66 with just fuel. I have talked to a bunch of guys running them And I know the take some tweaking to get the right combo. I've seen this pump rock. So good luck with the sale steve

I've had three of the Monster Stage 2 pumps, each one ran a little different. Alot of it has to do with the electorincs in the pump and the cam ring. Mike has been trying different combos between the ring and the computer programing. Basically it's kinda hit and miss. Earlier it's was said to try diffenert combinations with the chips and programers......that is the key ticket for these pumps. Not real sure of a good combo yet but i think people are getting closer. James at Ozark is wanting to do the same thing. Ive been tellin him bad idea. But I know how it feels. I just HAD to have a 13mm and wasnt going to listen to anything people said haha!

Maybe they will get it figured out before you sell it and you can give it another try and get your numbers you need! If not someone will be jumping on it quick if they get it figured out. So theres a bright side to it either way!
 
EEP says they have I think 2 trucks that are over 700hp with the MVP
 
Yeah i think hes going to keep what hes got for now and maybe try a smary and redline stack! and maybe a little :nos: or a shot of water/meth!

366, Since I have not had any contact with MONSTER PUMP MIKE for about 5 weeks now. I did post I spoke to him very breifly a week or so ago. I think he answered the phone by mistake. When I ran my first MP I told him something wasn't rite with it, sent it back the diaphram was cracked. Got the pump back basically the same performance. Called him August 14, told him that I didn't think the electronics in the pump were working rite. He said call me back between 6-7 that evening to discuss the problem, called back NO ANSWER !!! I think its pretty sad when a person spends X amount of money on something and you can't get any support. Mike has alot to learn about customer service, it starts after the product is sold. Not all the time he spends on the phone with you before the sale. I think he should forget about the MONSTER PUMPS and concentrate on his TRUCK. Thanks Steve B.
 
I also have a Monster 2, to be honest it ran like a raped ape at first, now power seems to have fallen off. I have also sold several, everyone that I sold has failed or had to be replaced. He will not answer may calls as well. He was talking of needing to run his machines, I sent him stuff, for him to make for me. I guess he doesn't need to run his machines that bad after all.
