Moron on ebay selling twins.

They're balanced and blueprinted, wonder where he got the blueprints at? 82 mm exhaust compressor wheel?

I really wanted the floor jack! LMFAO! Must be some serioud brains floating around the FASTDIESEL GARAGE!

Cause custom balancing is where it's at. Stuff is way off with regular balancing.

So what were they in? Can I just weld up some pipe I've got laying around to some junkyard turbos and sell it as a "custom" twin set? I've even got a spare manifold I'll kick in tooLOL

hmmm...i wonder how fast spool up would be on mine if i cut off the air inlet of my primary and attached it to my compressor housing on my secondary. No wonder spool up is instant!

So i sent him a message

"you do realize that is not how compound twins
should be plumbed and if someone buys this and trys
to run it they are going to end up with 2 blown up
turbos, right?"

The response I got back

"Worked before...."

Sure it did Mr. Johnson.

Like most diesel shops, they want to make money. No different that a shop sending you custom injectors that are really just DDP injectors, after you explain to them that DDP's don't work well in your truck. When they arrive you get a call saying to pay no attention to the new DDP box, "that's what the cores came in". Thieves flock to a quick buck and move on to the next scam.

While it is funny, I don't know why you guys care about either the potential buyer or the seller. Any person that would buy them is just as big of a moron as the guy selling them.

looks to me that the dump line out of the wastegate is an old turbo oil drain off a stock system. what a POS.

I don't have much sympathy for the buyer, they should do some research. Yet I am repulsed by the seller, for trying to con the uneducated.
