Odd, I seem to recall pics of compounds using the traditional setups we use dating from the 80-82 era on tractors.....

I can tell you for sure they were around back in the late 70's...there was an Allis dealer around Columbus back then that started at two, then went to 3, then 4 chargers...Dad used to sell him parts, and we had some pictures running around a while back with dates on them...maybe I can find them.


I emailed to tool, he says the set is 8 years old, and there weren't a lot of options back then...I remember the HT3b set was couple years old even back then, and 2001 would have been close to the time the B2 hit the scene, so...yeah, he's still a douche!

you should check out his ebay store he has a brand new super drag hx 40 for 300 bucks says its good for 800+ hp :hehe:

sounds like a deal to me

I still have a 40/3B that I'm going to run, why you got to be bustin' on me :)

I remember the B1 in 02' that was before I built my first set of Twins in the fall of 02'. BOTW, it and a down pipe was 2K even then.

Easy there :hehe: I was trying to remember when I first learned about twins on your truck ;)

I paid $2080 for a B1 and downpipe in 2004, and $3600 for used twins in 2005...boy have I come a long way in that time:hehe:

Are you sure,i looked at his stuff for sale,and he has no ebay store or hx-40 for sale.
