Any Motorola dealer can program these....they were bought and then a company closed before they could even be used

I will get the FCC ID number for you asap

I work for a Kenwood, ICOM, Motorola, shop and you can't progran export radios because they are for export out of this country and do not meet U.S. FCC compliance.

These are not export radios

These were bought from a local, Motorola authorized dealer in Indiana
