MPG?

285's are 3% taller than stock IF your truck came with 265's from the factory. 315's are 9% IIRC, they are a bit shorter than 35's which are right at 10%. Be sure to factor that into your mileage calcs.

Mine will get 18 on the interstate, that's with 3.54s, 35 inch tall Rickson 19.5s (read OH SWEET JESUS THIS @!*^*&@% IS HEAVY!) and a 200+k VP. Following a red Ford owned by another mod running 80-100 it still gets 17 :D
 
i get between 16 and 18 with mine, runnin 375/55/16 MT ATZs no matter how it is driven. havent turned the juice all the way up for a long trip yet either, mostly run on level 2.
 
Bone stock I could get 18.5-19.5 hand calculated. Then I met a bunch of these SOB's and dropped about 3 grand. Now it gets 12.5. :D
 
14 city 18-20 highway 3.54 gears. a heavy right foot makes a difference
 
When I have my 33's on i get about 12-14
With my 285's i get abt 18-19 w/ 3.54s and a five speed
