My built pulling hitch

3in all the way around do u think i will have porblem with orginaztions and not passing the tech

AHH its what we had at the time :kick: and we did sum new tires will toyo open country be ok for the pulls
 
devin it will be fine ive seen a few built like that... pretty stout too
 
Some places like to see a 3.5 opening. also if you dont have a 3.5 they will hook a clevis to your hitch = less hitch hight
 
is that all you can fined no hole for the pin. while no SH** theres no hole for the pin its not done you JACK A$$
 
sorry for the outburst duster, people cry about spelling and dumb sh*t on this form i did not think we were in english class i thought we were here to help people and learn about our trucks if i knew you were joking i wouldn't have said anything plus i just woke up after a long night of taking care of my daughter and was in a sh*ty mood anyways thanks for the tip.

I just pulled with the toyo open country 285-75-17's... Way to street like for the type of track I was on. I think you may need a more aggresive tire

On the other hand, they are awesome on the street

:poke: yes i was joking, i'm sorry you took it the wrong way. hope you got some sleep! man i remember those day's, work 12 hrs up the other 11.5 taking care of family.
 
Isn't that just a reciever mount? I thought a hitch actually bolted or was welded to the frame?
 
There are alot of guys out my way who use similar hitches. Only thing that I can see that they may complain about is that you don't have bolts in the top of the plate. Personally, I think it looks great, just letting you know.
 
Where did you get the steel Huhta? Scrounge me up some, lol. Stick or MIG welded?
