I feel for ya but wait your turn. I get a call at 8:15 this morning. Someone backed into my sons car. $2400 damage to the right front of an 07 Fusion. First car, 16 years old and I don't think he knew whether to be pissed or cry.
 
I know how you feel, Two weeks after i bought my 3500, it slid on the snow down the hill at my parents' house and hit their bridge. My dad and I talked in it for about 5 minutes till we went in the house. A few minutes later dad watched it slide right down. It's an auto and in park. just enough ice and no weight in the bed to keep it planted.

Pretty much a requirement with a fiberglass hood IMO. Seen far to many glass hoods (even high quality ones) fly open (or delaminate) to even consider running one with out pins. I am not a fan of the way pins look on most vehicles but there are some decent looking billet ones out there now.
