Im in need of a 48re core. Been looking for one for awhile now.
 
ya. I dont feel that comfortable with what ive heard from the comp 68 from suncoast. Im looking to build something stronger
 
Don't want to start a tranny war, but just thought you might want to know about this, before you spend so much money.
You can read the whole write up at the ATS web site. I have it, and LOVE it. Gets the power through the trans. SWEET!
The 68-RFE Co-Pilot eliminates the torque management based transmission control by providing all signals necessary to achieve proper line pressure, clutch application and to TCC control to provide for maximum transmission strength and performance while never setting a check engine light. All factory diagnostics are still active and the factory computer will notify the driver if there is a mechanical or electrical problem with the transmission.
 
Ya I've read up on it already. I thought about going that route
 
Been looking for someone who can hook me up with a kit to swap out a g56 for a 48re...called ashley black and suncoast no one has called me back with a price..
