Yeah it is stock, it is a freak pump, for some reason it will hold more rail pressure than some of II modifed pumps. I have not seen a stock cp3 that will hold this much rail pressure.

Dude, I would have guessed you were already at the limit of both the charger and the pump. Those are some HEALTHY numbers for your mods.....you did goood. I can't see 700 in it though.
