I just ordered a 63/68 .91ar divided housing to go over my 75/96 1.32ar it was a great deal so I got it I can always change the housing out later. My question is they asked if I wanted 3" or 4" outlet on the turbine. I said 4" but would like your much more knowledgable opinions so I can call and change it if need be before it ships later today.
Thanks!

They are sending all flanges with the turbo and im fabricating all the piping so it shouldn't be a problem, as long as going 4" doesn't make this set up extremely hard to spool.

if i can make a recommendation to you have your turbine housing machined for hx40 the full marmon flange on the back of that turbo leak mine leaks like a b:tch im doing that to mine im tired of the soot all in my engine bay

Thanks alot everyone. Im looking forward to running this set up. Now i just need to figure out how much fuel it needs.

So are these turbos too close in size to work well together? They say the s363 will push 75 lbs/min and i think i remember the s475 being around 120 lbs/min. I haven't found anyone running a 63 over 75 set up. Also will 5x16 injectors with DVs if needed be enough fuel or should i be looking into bigger sticks?
'My apologies if this isnt hardcore enough for some but im having trouble getting solid information about this set up.

s363 pushing 75 lbs/min sounds a bit optimistic, but I have zero first-hand experience with that turbo to prove or disprove the claim.

S475 maxes out on the compressor map at roughly 96 lbs/min. I have no idea how much it would flow if pushed past the compressor speed listed on the map.

Sorry i got the s475 #s from a thread i was reading and I'm sure the s363 #s are pumped up for sales.

from what i've read on here, a 63 would do well with a 480.... ymmv.

If it was me building a set of twins like this, i would go for a smaller exhaust housing, they can be had.....

What would you suggest? I was looking into EDs .85 t3 for around $500. I paid $625 for the turbo in stock form so i went with the .91 divided because I've heard the .88 undivided is much slower to spool. I plan on putting in a 188/210 cam. I've also be pricing getting the head p&p when I get it o-ringed.

I paid almost nothing for my brand new s475 and planned on running it under the stock turbo or 62/65/14 but I saw the s363 on sale so plans changed. But I'm open to other options.

I am running 60 over s471 with ddp stage II injectors I dont know what size holes but I had plenty of fuel full cut dv if that helps
