Hey all,
Fist time posting, so please go easy on me lol. Been reading tons on compound setups and was looking for some feedback on my plans. I have the chargers but not too late to make changes. Not an all out build, just good spool and well mannered exhaust temps. It's on a VP with a Quad.

-60mm HX with 12 cm housing
-75/83 with T4 1.1 housing
-7x012 VCO injectors

Anyone think my turbine sides will be too small?

Hi there. Welcome.
New folks should hit the introduction forum first, but being there are only a hand full of lifers here anymore, you shouldn't get beat up for the breach of protocol . I could be wrong though. ;)

Looks like a good set up to me for a VP pump.
With the addition of the Quad-zilla, what is your max RPM ? I assume it might fuel to 2800 or so. I think you wouldn't want to go to the 1.25 unless it fuels harder than that.

Prison rules. Got it. Thanks for the heads up, I dont wanna breach etiquette lol.

Quad map is currently set to max rpm of 3700. It's not a 4k box but I think they typically defuel around 3200 if I remember correctly?

Yeah, you're not getting fuel out to 3700 unless there's some new tech involved there. I would say on a VP truck that setup would be fine, but with that 1.10 housing you may push the 75 pretty hard. I only ever ran the 1.1 housing on a VE truck

looks like a good towing setup. I bet drive pressure and heat would be getting high at 3000+ rpm.

Good towing manners and temps are what im after. I dont mat it very often so i spend minimal time above 3k anyway. I can hit 1400 pretty easily with my stock HX but in top gear I am ready to back off the pedal anyway.

Buddy of mine has a VP truck with a set of BD diesel compound kit.

It's a 58mm 300g, over a S366 with the T4 open exhaust housing.

Truck tows great, and is pretty quick.
