need help 24v not starting

have a new vp44, new lift pump, new injectors, truck wont start. Posibly crankshaft position senser, throttle position sensor? Need help or advice

Im not sure if this was mentioned earlier....but when cranking we have seen close to 70lbs. of oil pressure. And when the key is turned its showing over 40 on the oil pressure guage...and that's just with they key turned to the run position.

Does that sound like a computer issue?

oil pressure gauge is based off rpm (ecm gets from the cam pos sensor) so its sounding more like the cam sensor, if a good one is doing the same defiantly pointing to the ecm

have an ecm for a 99, will it work on my 2001, could it possibly be the apps sensor

Pretty sure the ecm will not work. Do you have any codes? any lights satying on on the dash?
