need help! 94 7.3 non turbo psd

problem with 7.3 L non turbo not starting, cranks fine. I have fuel to filter and fuel out, but no fuel comes through the high pressure pump that sits on top of the manifold witch feeds the injectors. Is this a problem with the high pressure pump or what? Do i need to replace the high pressure pump and if so how involved is it. any help would be appreciated thanks.

Well I know that high pressure pumps usually have some kind of fuel shut-off solenoid, I don't know a lot about these trucks but you should look into it.

Oh yes and this prob an IDI because this year had many variations, so this would be the wrong forum.
