Need help makeing a choice.

I can pick up a nice 2003 4dr 4x4 laramie daully with engine problems for 3 grand. Should i get it and if I fix it then resale will I come out? It has good tires and ranch hands on it.

How many miles? By engine problems i assume u mean needs rebuilt? If so can u do it or would u have to pay someone?

No clue on the miles. And yea I would try and do it myself. And if I fail just part it out.

Well if miles arent to high should b able to come out ok. Probly will need 1 or more injectors as well

Auto or Manual? If it is a manual.....I'd rock it and get a drop in long block. Part out the old engine. Come out ahead for sure.
