Need help with this Banks Turbo

It is a banks turbo charger with no tag on the side.
Specs:

T3 with a 1.0 a/r exhaust housing with banks stamped in it
63.8/73 turbine wheel
58/67 Compressor Wheel/Banks compressor cover
Non wastegated

Only numbers on the thing:
cl-166108
or-35606

I cant find anything about this charger. If anyone could help thanks
