need some opinions about body lifts

That is the difference.

I'm not bagging suspension lifts at all. That is what I used on my truck. But a body lift is not all bad.

Tried that. It tried to rip my fender off. LOL

I was honestly blown away at how well my truck handled after the life. I was expecting sway and roll but I have no noticeable amount of either. I'm very impressed. I'm sure it doesn't handle as good as the factory height truck but it handles amazingly well. Now my buddy's truck on 9" of lift is a different story.
 
well my lil topic sure made a big discussion, does anyone know of where I can get some lift spindles? I had seen some on ebay along time ago for 200, they were like 3 inches of lift

To lift bed and cab is very easy, but .... :

1. you have to cut driver side intercooler tube (I cut off 2 inch)
2. you have to modify fan housng !! (because no fan is 3 inch lower than radiator)


I do not like cut fan housing and I found very easy solution. I rised fan bearing bracket from block to cylinder head. To do this you just have to modify little bit bearing braket and I installed new longer fan belt.

I will look like directly from factory :rockwoot:
