need sum pricing a truck

Trying to get a oasis on this truck but here is the help i need. The truck is a 2002 F250 Larrait 7.3 Powerstroke with dark green paint over tan, the interyer is tan lether captian chairs ext.cab and it has the big tow package on it. The truck is a vergin all stock never been mest with and it has 105000miles on it so they want 24500 is it worth that much, because i am thinking about 20,000 dollars does that look wright good place to start i would like some opinions on this.
