Last weekend it was another truck racing party at the Thruxton UK circuit. Unfortunately, due to family circumstances, we could not travel to England, but with a telephone e-mail and a live stream of the races and the local support of Team Bint Racing and of course the good cooperation with all other racing teams, you all try to get the most out of it to get.
To give you an idea Team Worldwide truck racing has dominated the championship just like previous years, but this is certainly not a race, you have to keep developing and keep an eye on things and learn to understand. In the UK, the race trucks now all run on HVO100 diesel. Through the FIA European championship we already have experience with this fuel at limited power with an intake restrictor of 63mm. In the UK we drive without an intake restrictor and with the high power A + racing engines that makes a difference of 250 to 300 HP and HVO100 fuel behaves slightly differently and that is also a learning process. With every change there are pros and cons, but if the whole club has the same in the fuel tank, it is the same for all and then it comes back to insight and an ability to adapt to limit the disadvantages as much as possible, and that is only possible if you work together with the race teams can see the engine data next to the picture on the track
