I had a huge lifted Z71 and got bored so I sold it and drove to Tulsa Oklahoma and bought the 2001 ford 7.3 Excursion 4x4 which is now mine. Time to get started on that. I live close to birmingham AL. My EX is in the shop because luckily it still was under warranty from Aamco when my tranny went crap on me. I also have a 1971 toyota fj40 that I am planning on dropping in a john deere 4 cylinder if I can get some help from you all on what to do. If not I think I may just put a perkins in it due to ease of install. I am 20 years old and everything i do I pay for so it is real slow usually. My dad bought me my first pickup which was a 1999 Z71. The good thing is he is a diesel mechanic so as long as I will pay for it, he will help me do it.
