I've been putting a 4-53T Detroit in my 1948 Chevy 2 ton truck for a number of years now in between other things and as money allows. I thought I'd be done several years ago but only just starting on cab and body restoration work. mechanically it's all but done and even have it licensed and insured and drive it a couple miles a year to a local show or two.
