New low emission oils bad.

Good info but doesn't really surprise me. There was an article in Hot Rod magazine discussing cam wear issues on flat tappet cams. The author blamed the issue on the new oils that were out. I think he recommended a Zinc additive to prevent wear.

I still have a couple cases of Valvoline Blue but I guess I need to start looking for an additive or going synthetic after it's gone.
