If you go with a water methanol kit, Devils Own Injection has a really good kit and you can get a 220psi or 250psi pump.
 
The twins aren't enough air to cool those sticks? I would say cam IMO...
 
What injectors should be used with an HTT 64/71/13 over an S480 without seriously effecting mileage?
 
x2 on the cam. Recommend F1 Diesel cam. Will improve throttle response, lower EGTs, and spool up faster.
 
I would think 3.4's are plenty if 4's are "ideal" Spend your money elsewhere like getting more railpressure.

Where are you at right now as far as HP? Where do you want to be? Are you trying to pick up HP, driveability, better EGT control?

I don't think that rail pressure is an issue with my PPE Dual Fueler setup.

I'm kind of thinking currently about drivability, EGT control, longevity of the motor, and a little hp never hurt anybody.

When I bought the twins from Ot-of-here he said his EGT's were never a problem and not that I've been really hot but I haven't been on it that hard. He also had Flux 2.5's, a cam, and an intercooler.
