Too much nitrous too early or nitrous still on when throttle let off.....

Progressive controllers are really nice for avoiding your situation.

here is a nitrous backfire that i had when i accidently made not much boost off the line and then let off a little on the throttle. backfired on the exhaust side. still ran a 12.46 though. Click here to see Video

i wish mine poped on the exaust side . i got my new turbo now i think ill put some smaller jets in it before i try this one.

yeah i actually got a bigger turbo along with bigger jets in it now. it was mostly my fault why i had the backfire, but either way, i was lucky it was on the exhaust side and not the intake.

I was bringing my spray in at 5psi on the dyno with my progressive controller but I was gradually bringing it in from 5%

Mine backfired and blew the side off the intercooler(I guess I'm lucky!)
Got into the nitrous to soon!
