he is probably telling you that cause he wants you to buy their $100 remote cord. i literally soldered a radio shack momentary to a little extra wire then to the relay. then just wrapped the slack of the extra wire with electrical tape and bam, cheapo NOS cord

He cleared up the confusion thru another email. He said it wouldn't be a problem, u just can't have both the boost activation switch/tps switch AND a manual pushbutton switch. Either one or the other, which was what I was asking.
 
yes. no sense in having both. i didnt like the idea of the tps switch or a boost reference. I dont want to be surprised if i accidentally left the system armed
 
Ok I ended up buying the pro street diesel kit from zex. Everything looks pretty good from what I can tell and I'm in the process of installing it, just takes forever due to being stuck on crutches. Here's my question, the kit didn't come with a regulator and since I'm still a newb in the nitrous world I emailed zex to ask if I needed one. They said no, but didn't explain why. Could someone explain why just so I understand a little better.
