A little background...

A couple months ago the truck died while driving.
Had fuel to the injectors, but would not start. Ran the codes, and decided it was a dead VP.
Bought new VP and while I was there I decided to rebuild the the vacuum pump and replace the cam position sensor.

Finally got to rebuilding the truck.

Got the entire thing back together and now the truck will not start.

I have cracked injectors 1 and 3, I have 15psi fuel pressure. I have no fuel at the injectors.
I removed the Van Aaken box and the Quadzilla from the system to eliminate them from the equation.
I cranked until the batteries would not crank the engine anymore.

What could I be missing???

Sticky, Yes...
dieselhead117, Yes.. as far as I can tell (that is what I was hoping)
cummins724, Did that and I get a consistent 15psi...

Pump is putting out 15psi as stated in the original post..I can bump the starter and get 15psi every time...
I know I have fuel because I have a leak in the return at the junction behind the engine.

Keyway on pump? Pump nut? Bad pump? Remove lines at pump and bump key to be sure fuel is getting to the injection pump.

I have worried about that... But the pump slid right in with now resistance or problem, so I thought it was fine.
Pump nut is on.
I hope it is not a bad pump.
It is a new rebuild from VP44pumps.com.
Remove which lines???? The fuel line from the filter, or the lines to the injectors..?

Fix the leak. lol And put your old check valve in there.

I will get to the leak tomorrow. I did not see it until I had given up for the day.

Still using the original check valve. I did not get a new one with the pump.

I am wondering about the lift pump. Remove the lines at the injection pump. Then bump the starter, see if the lift pump is pushing fuel to the injection pump.

I am sure, if not positive, that I am getting fuel to the IP. I have a leak at the return line junction behind the engine.
If I did not have fuel at the IP, I would not have fuel returning to the tank. Correct?

If you have a weedsprayer, put fuel in it & hook that to the inlet of the pump. lol You wouldn't believe how well those damn things work for bleeding out a fuel system.
