nv5600 and bezel parts

i need parts for a nv5600
the whole shift tower assembly with bolts. as a complete take out,
with the rubber boot.
the 6 speed stick too.
also would like to find the bezel that goes around the shifter and it's boot. i am looking for the bezel from a 98 to 02 2wd prefer.

The stick and all the shifter surround bezel parts are same 4x4 and from 5 speed trucks.
