nv5600 fluid change

Don't run Royal Purple! If you read the specs especially the viscosity number it is too light. A friend of mine found that out the hard way and burned up his NV5600 with Royal Purple. Also read it happening to two other people on TDR.

I haven't looked at the information for a long time but Redline MTL was the best match to the original fluid as I recall, the Amsoil is on the light side too and as much as I'm an Amsoil fan I would pick Redline over it if I was towing much.
 
I was not at all impressed with amsoil in mine with new synchros.... so I swapped over to schaeffers All-trans tonight.... it feels better so far, but we shall see how it holds up..
