Let me use these words in context & see if these words fit.
"the car" " should" be running by now.....
Or how about this one. The car "could" be running by now if someone else was working on it......
Or maybe this one . The car "would" go fast if Bo were driving it.

John when did you better your 8.33 to a 8.09? Going to break in the 7's before you go to triples? Thats getting close

We did it in a private testing session right after the nationals.Didnt get a video.

I was there after Dallas with a Pro Stock Friend , didn't see anyone there with a diesel

The ECM that is being used is a stock GM/Bosch unit, why not just call it what it is. As far as destroking the stock crankshaft it can and has already been done. Yes, you can buy a billet crankshaft from several crankshaft manufactures and build them as large as 454 pretty easily today. Just thought that you wanted a short stroke so why did you now go to the long stroke?

The pass was made during a private testing session in which all my new NHRA buddies were at. I dont have a time slip cuz Kenny Bernstein forgot to get it when he was towing me back......That Kenny....He`s getting so forgetful.:hehe:..He was helping me with my program.....Alan Johnson tuned it. Ask him. He will tell ya.
There is one thing i`ve done though.....Owned, built & driven my own car.....Hang in there kid.....One of these days maybe you too can feel the satisfaction of owning a diesel race car......:hehe:

And I do own my own race car , what part about that is it that you don’t get , I have partners on it , just as you have on yours .

But I’ll give you a few predictions , with in 5 passes , i'll run faster then you have ever been or will ever go. And this season a Dmax’s becomes the quickest and fastest diesel powered drag racer , it’s a toss up whether its me or GBE first , but that’s going to happen

Doesn't someone else have a d-max funny car in the works right now.Would love to see what it does too.
