Ohio Transmissions

I have most everything you want except DAVE. I have never had the need to try anything but Suncoast or HTS for the 47/48RE market. The trans I would reccomend for you would be HTS, don't want to start a debate on tranny vendors in your thread so I can tell you the differences on the phone or in PM.

We install and can do you any way you want to be done.

Billet output.... good question, how much power will you net at the back tires? that and the focus of your use is going to determine that.

I've got your flier from thompson raceway right here in front of me. What parts suppliers do you deal with? Do you install? I've seen 2 third gens around here with your sticker on their window, one a 03-05 red sport and one a silver 06 or 07.

Ya, we were there, not much of a showing but had a great time. We have a couple of trucks that Sled Pulled the entire season with the HTS setups, both common rails with full electronics and daily driven. The one cat hooked 65 times and the the tranny is still rolling daily to work. :thankyou2:

Ok, need opinions.
Do i NEED a billet output shaft?
I will drag race in 4x4 and boost launch
Only sled pull 3 times a year at the most
Daily drive
Goal of 500ish horsepower

Your in zansville, so thats about 2 hours away. Can you pm me the numb. and address. Maybe if i head out that way you can take a look at my fuel pressure gauge for me. I bought it from you a while ago and its at 10 psi all the time w/ the fass which doesnt seem right...

When you get somthing set up with wally at FTE have him take a look at it and let me know what is wrong and i will send you what is needed to fix it. Or if you want to come down here we are at 973 alfred street

I'll see how things pan out. Thanks for the concern.

If it's a mechanical gauge it's a no brainer.... just need to see how you plumbed it and get all the quirks ironed out. Once the variables (air) are eliminated that gauge will be right too.

Chuck's a good guy and we will be glad to service his parts, it all comes clean in the wash.

Hmm, i have it right on the FASS port. Its not variable, it just climbs up to 10 psi when it first starts and no matter how much fuel i give it it never moves. I know the gauge works because before the fass i could drop it to 0...must be the sender.

If your running a fass and taking the signal at the Fass Port, the pulsation I assumed did not kill you sender. Sender could be fogged and there is a slight possibility the Fass Relief spring is dumping at 10

neet to dig a bit but it's not that hard to figure.

Just an update. This tranny rocks. Wally's got some sweet parts and I'm glad I found 'em!

Good Deal.... Satisfaction was the goal.

Keep us posted on how she runs, that combination of TC & VB are making lots of happy guys, we're glad we can add you to the list.

Thanks for the Business!

The more I drive it, the more I like it..wet roads and smarty on 9 can get a little squirrley. Before, I would wind out 1st, 2nd, then 3rd, and once it hit lockup it would go like hell, now its just all the time. No more waiting for it to do something.
