I don't have room to run a good intake with my current twins setup, and was looking at oil filter relocation kits. I came across these pictures online, and this is what I'm looking for, instead of those pancake adapters. But, I can't seem to figure out where they got this, what its from, etc. Can anyone enlighten me? I was thinking this would be great to run with an amsoil dual filter system...

Its Cummins original 370hp Marine part, if You search you can find the part number from CompD

i was just going to say maybe it was a marine part, beat me to it, that looks really good i might have to look into that

Pretend I'm from Missouri........... SHOW ME!

okay, I found a better picture, and a part number. I'm guessing I should be able to order this through a cummins dealer... Hopefully

Its part number 3284170

There is also a filter base to go with that piece. It takes the standard filter like a dodge truck.
I have a complete kit on my 4cyl that I got used. VERY nice setup!!

It is, I actually found the post on another forum. Its a nice looking project, no doubt.

I haven't found a price yet, but with the number of guys running twins, I'm surprised more distributors aren't advertising them. I'd love to run a bypass oil filter setup, and that would really be the key to a clean install, IMO. If/when I find a price, I'll post up an install...

I ordered the parts through Snedge (Mumua Diesel, supporter...) today, or at least I should say I committed to ordering them once he gets me a price.

according to his diagrams, it has a 7/8x14 and a 1 1/16x12 holes. I asked over the phone, and Jeff said he'd try and figure out for me, but I'd like to get the fittings and hoses ordered ASAP. Can anyone confirm if these are o-ring ports (straight cut SAE), or some other port? I've never seen a 7/8x14 NPT, but few things surprise me on this truck anymore...

Also, anyone know what the turbo feed port size is?

I'll be sure and fill in the blanks on this as I find them, and take some good pictures doing the install and post a decent write up for anyone else working this...

The baldwin base I have for my fuel filter is 7/8 and oring as well.

The turbo oil feed is in the fuel fitting database sticky. I think its 12m, not sure of the thread though.

3284170 is not available at any Cummins PDC. It lists for $387.09.

Not sure if you will be able to find one, unless a dealer somewhere has one sitting around.

I think I remember it being 12mm, just find it odd that the oil fittings to the filter are sae. Fittings while the turbo feed is metric.

Snedge is a dealer. Apparently they're available, they're just a special order from the factory and tend to have a big handling fee. To have clearance for my twins and a quality filtration system its worth it, IMO.

You cant get away with a normal relocation kit? like the pacbrake relocation block
