Open Driveline Clutch Setups

Kenny has the program for the flywheel. He can get you the rest of the parts as well. You will have to get the flywheel balanced to your crankshaft though.

The clutches that everyone is running in the mod class and the 3.0 class if running a blow proof can are probably going to be around a 10.5-11" clutch or so I have heard. Thats the major reason most are jumping up to a 4 disk because you can get close to the same surface area as with a large 3 disk clutch.

It would be great if you could get a standard High Perf Cummins pulling clutch into a blow prof can but it just won't work.

Others have stated about using the NV4500 belhousing with a reverser behind it...that works too but honestly, if you going that far you may as well run a blow proof can....your feet will thank you!!!!!!!!

Its been just over a month since this was last discussed. Just wondering if anyone else has any other info on everything talked about and also any info on the adapter plate for the cummins would be great. Just gathering info right now for my next project and would like to get as many different ideas and opinions as possible.
