opening up 12v piston bowls while in the block

Met up with a buddy last night, and he shot a short video, hopefully that will get posted up at some point.
 
It pains me that the bowl volume and actual compression ratio wasn't figured out! Sure did turn out nice. Want at my monotherms with the router next? LOL
 
i had thought to measure the volume, but then i forgot and the head went back on.... haha oops.
with the routering and the +.020 head gasket, id guess its around 15:1 or so???

We talked about it, and were going to grab a piece of plexi out of the pile of stuff and cc the bowls, and then somewhere along the line we got excited and put the head on and forgot. Next time the head comes off we will. LOL.

I think we would try the late for the monotherms. I did briefly think of putting Torrey's in the lathe...
