p pump question

I am p- pumping my 24v however in the conversion I am going to rebuild my motor. I have a 12v block to build I know I have to put the 24v internals in but the thing I question is the crank position sensor what has to be done for this? It is a 01 truck and the cam position sensor has to be moved to the 12v cover but what about the crank sensor

01 shouldn't have the crank sensor.

You won't need the crank sensor in an 01

When i p-pumped my 01 i just bought this block here: Cam sensor adapter - JDs Diesel Performance
It requires a little grinding on the timing cover but everything works perfect when done. Where are you from? I seen your truck run down at Richland Center a couple weekends ago, seemed to be a strong runner...
