p-pump swap?

I am thinking about buying a p-pump conversion kit from Haisley's for my 99 dodge. Will any aftermarket 24v injectors work or will they have to be modified in some other way?

Any injectors for a 24V will work just fine!

Of course, but the injectors would work better if matched to the pop-off pressure of your p-pump.
