P0078 code

Any body know what this code is? It does not show up on my list and I dont have a scan tool. Check engine light keeps coming on and this is the only code showing...

Hmmm... now that is interesting.:bang Thanks, i hope the light goes away because I dont think im going to be able to fix my exhaust valve control solenoid!
