P1693 Code

I'll have to look. Alternator isn't even a year old, so I hope it's not that!
 
It won't be the ALT , what I'm talking about is the wiring to it.

It's pretty much "the" scanner until the Solis, Modis, OTC Genisys, etc came out recently, so I would think it would read anything the parts store scanner would, plus lots more.

I did not know what a "MT2500" scanner was,for all I knew it was a $19.95 special at Wal-Mart.
I'm sure it's the bee's knees...sorry,next time I'll know that a MT2500 scanner is the stuff!:doh:
 
Haha. No problem on that. That's the reason I explained a little bit about it. You can find them all over eBay these days in the $500-600 range. Been wanting to pic one up when I get some extra $$.
 
Yeah,be nice to have,that CTD of mine is heavy,good thing moms got a decent truck.(to haul mine to a scanner with)
 
Guys want a better deal than that . Autometer has a software out now for Dodges Chevys and Ford that is specific for about 300.00 bucks.
