Parting 03 6.0L ZF 6 speed 4x4

Truck has 150,000 on it. All front end components are tight, new warn hubs. ZF 6 speed manual trans and manual transfer case. Pics pretty much tell it all,most of the cab is decent, corners are rusting through. Motor wiped out a lifter and cam. Have all engine components except injectors. Heads are good. Turbo is good. Will part anything out. Looking to get 1500.00 for trans 300 for t case, 500 for front axle, 500 for rear axle. 2000 for full auto to manual swap with t case pedals and colum. still have the Trans swap , with cluster, column plastic, etc etc. and wheels?... how is the trans?...any issues? thinking of making my '05 Excursion a handshaker. I could come up and remove the parts etc.. mass is not too far.
