Parting 2001 3500 6 speed HO & 1998 3500 C&C 5 spd 12 valve

Parting out two Ram 3500s.
Truck one is a 1998 Regular Cab & Chassis 2wd, 12 valve 5 speed, @ 300,000 miles.
Truck two is a 2001 Quad Cab 4wd, 24 valve HO, 6 speed, @ 225,000 miles.

No good body parts on either.

Here's the gist of pricing.

1998 215hp 12 valve engine, 300,000 PLUS miles, smokes like a train, runs rough, suspected victim of bad fuel or overheating. Pump and injectors had been replaced/rebuilt chasing the problem, whole engine, less adapter, wiring harness and fan blade assembly, WILL NOT PART OUT, $1200.

2001 HO 245 horse 24 valve engine, 230,000 miles, runs great, comes complet MINUS adapter plate, ECM and fan blade assembly, $1200.

1998 2WD 5 speed set up, runs out nice, shifts smooth and positive, comes with flywheel back to front drive shaft yoke, includes 4 bolt shifter assembly, handle, pedals, console, boots, dash pocket, hydraulics, $1600.

2001 4WD 6 speed set up, working, running unit, comes with flywheel back to front drive shaft yoke, includes shifter assembly, handle, pedals, console (rough), boots, dash pocket, hydraulics, $2300.

1998 12 valve, 5 speed 2WD engine harness with PCM, all works correctly and looks good, PCM and engine harness only, no fuse box or dash, $675.

2001 DRW(can be made SRW) front axle, good working order, $375.

1998 C&C Dana 80 with 4.10 gears and a power lock, seems tight and smooth, $550.

I MAY CONSIDER SELLING EITHER OF THESE TRUCKS COMPLETE FOR $3500 EACH. NEITHER HAS A BED.

Do you have the pedal assembly and interior trim around the shifter from the 12v trucks?

If you're talking the 4WD boots and pedals, I have both of the boots and the pedals.
$150 SHIPPED for all of it.

What bout the rearend on the quad cab? Are You selling it?
It was a disc brake 3.54 axle.
It ate an outer wheel bearing and tore holy hell out of the axle housing.

I'm supposed to pick up a core axle next week that's the same axle, with a good housing, that tore up the gear carrier.

Any chance you want sell them both or even just the one that you are picking next week? Long as its a drw width and preferred disc brake and if 4.10 or 3.55/4 I'd be after it long as it is a good housing and hubs mainly what I'm after. Wanting to put one under my newest project w250 auto converting to w350 5spd.
 
I'll see what I end up with, this other one could turn out to be a POS, too.

Mark, I'm in TX. Do you still have the 2wd nv4500? I'm in need of one, along with a good VP 24v bare block.
 
I do have the NV4500, it's for a 1998-up.
I may have a VP-44 block that needs bored, the cylinders are rusty, they "might" hone, but I'd count on boring it.

Mark, I need a couple small interior pieces. A-pillar covers and a headlight switch W/ fog lights. The A-pillars can be whatever you have as long as their in one piece.:lolly:
 
I have either color of gray 1998-2002 'A' pillar moldings, as well as the headlamp switch you need.
$50 shipped seems fair.

I need a 4x4 floor shifter. Got one? Linkages with it would be good too.

2002 ext cab manual. But now it has a 47rh with a nv271 in it. Just the original equipment and I'll make it work
 
Do you have the driver side ext. cab door upper latch cover. The one on the ceiling.
