Parting out 2001 4wd dually 5spd

How much for the right hand quad door? (Don't need any of the interior pieces on it, or the window for that matter)
 
Do you still have the pass side door panel, pass side quad cab door panel, and the right plastic door sill?? If so how much?

Truck has around 150k on it trans was rebuilt around 10k miles ago. And yes it is drive side drop.
 
how much for trans, transfer, adapter off back of block, crossmember, clutch pedal and slave cylinder. everything for a swap minus driveshafts?
