Performance shop recomendation need for SE USA

I need a experienced Hi-Proformance diesel repair shop in SE USA. or even better in FL.

I have a 2004 Dodge 2500 2WD Quad w/ a few performance parts, but needs testing, configuration, calibration by knowledgable service shop to pull it all together.

ATS compound turbos, w/ ATS exhaust manifold
100 injectors
Banks intake and intercooler
Dual CP-3 Fuel pumps w/ FASS lift pump
Edge Juice w/attitude
PPE xcellrator programer
Bully Dog Propane inj.

Still getting only mid performance out of it. Should be more...
42 lbs of boost max. Should be better..:nail:
