I think it would look pretty sweet to blend the top line into the back of the fenders with a touch of sheet metal work on the fenders. Either way, it don't look bad like it is.

where did you get that tip at? cut down stack?

Yes turnout 5" stack for exhaust tip, its the only way a turnout stack is useful on a pickup.
