Is it possible that that motor ran with warped pistons, from a previous session *cough cough*... Then the hole finally did it in on its final egt stretched run. Doing mach on I-10...

True I have read that some have had good luck with the Garmon sequence if torqued properly. He did not specify if they have been torqued in that sequence..

not yet. i need to find a 4 or 5" downpipe so i can atleast run my stock turbo and finish the break in period!
