Yep I bet your draw tube is out of the fuel when it the front end raises up. Good catch Persinger. Id try a bottom sump towards the rear of the tank.
 
Lynn, we have an old aluminum "Bowtie" shaped fuel tank from dads puller and if I can find it we also have a spun aluminum tank like what some of the superstock tractors use. I'm sure dad won't mind you using one of them. I think they have 1/2" or 5/8" fittings on the bottom of them.
 
Did you change anything for this last weekend when you won Lynn? It sounded awesome and didnt sputter any at the end.

Yeah for some reason these trucks won't run right if they don't have any fuel in them. We were thinking like gas burners running on fumes lol.
