Port and Polish

Cumminstroked where did you order your parts and who done the head work if you don't mind me asking.

For the valves, springs, locks, and all get ahold of lenahan05. It took a while to get the stuff but it was well worth it. Everything came from Comp. I had a local machine shop down here called "Scott's Performance Engine Center" do the machine work. I would talk to lenahan05 about the machine work too though. I would have had him do it but he was extremely busy and I was in a bit of a time crunch.

+1 for Ryan Lenahan. Didnt take the full head I bought anytime to show up.

It was way faster to arrive than it was to install. :rockwoot:

I have no experience with a ported head on my 12v but in theory think of it this way. We are way past the normal compressor maps of most turbos we are running. If you can port the head and bring wot PSI/resistance down you get into the more efficient range of the charger and hence should make more power.

I got my 12v head from Ryan as well and it is great. He was great to deal with.

And mine arrived faster than it took to install as well and I had friends pick it up across the country for me. :doh:LOL
