Power parts engineering clutches

clutches

kenny's hands down!! never had a issue and he's great to deal with always easy to get on the phone for a answer to a questions. i've had two of his dbl dsk and now his triple and they have held up to major abuse.

he has been making valair's flywheels for a long time now.

the flyhweels arent what makes the clutch, its just a chunk of steel, its the pressure plate, disc and all the other components you use.

Just pulled my SBC3850 out the other day. After one season with about 40+ hooks and about 20K miles of daily driving I am pleased with how it held up. It was slipping pretty good at the end of last season and started to get hard about shifting gears. The disks still looked great, but the floater plate was bowed and warped, the bronze inlay was cracked and milled down alot, and the pressure plate had a few stress cracks around the edges. It still held great for daily driving, but I doubt it would have held up another season. Just dropped it off at Ky Clutch to be rebuilt today. We'll see how it holds up this year.
