Our local org that is running the PPL class for us this year for first time posted the rules on their website. http://www.angelfire.com/planet/ppprod/26DIESEL4X4.html

Not sure on the rear suspension part. It's either mistakenly left out by them or it is now not part of the rules at all(PPL overall). I have not received the rule book with membership yet to verify.

Ours was 107" and it was to accommodate and Big Company Sponsored Truck but we are now at 102" so I guess they are gonna have to change that trucks track width

You'd be overwidth getting to and from a pull and it would hang off of any trailer unless you pulled the outer rear tires off.

i have went over the rule book a couple times but have not found in writing where it states we can run filled blocks in 2.6

It wont say that. Rules are things you cant do, they should not be there to tell you what you can do.
