This turbo is a 71mm inlet on comp side but isnt the turbine wheel about 5in on this thing? Wouldn't that make it a bit laggy for a single compaired to say a phat shaft 71?

Turbine wheel exducer measures 2.730". Uses a 4" marmon flange, aka 4" ID.
